Unable to view streams or still images

I am upgrading to zm 1.21.2 from 1.19.5 on Debian Sarge.

Events are being generated and I am able to view the event images. I know the video component is working fine. I am also able to generate video from the event's still images.

It appears to be a problem with zms. I am receiving these errors in my apache event log: Premature end of script headers: /usr/lib/cgi-bin/zms.

I have checked my paths and the zm user has rights to those directories.

I have tried answering all the zmconfig.pl questions again to ensure the database is updated correctly.

I have tried the cambozola enabled and disabled.

I am using the ffmpeg encoder.

How can i properly debug this,

Thanks,

Geoff

A couple of things to check. Firstly just look in your httpd error log to make sure it's not something obvious. Next make sure you can run zms yourself from the command line. Finally try using nph-zms instead of zms in the path setting.

All is OK now.

I was having some issues with authentication. I changed from hashed to plain and it started to work.

Have a great day!
