What's new?
Not too much has changed. If you have an installation from the 1.21.0 liveCD you can update by RPM. There is no need to download the new version.
Besides the 1.21.3 version of ZM this CD has a few additional webcam drivers, including a better driver for the Philips webcams.
Some missing perl modules were added so that ftp functions in ZM are supported.
The missing php-xml package has been added
Development libraries and tools have been included once again for those who would like to be able to compile ZM from source or rebuild SRPMs.
The minimum RAM requirement has been reduced. The CD will now boot and run with 128 MB of RAM. It can be used with a webcam or bttv card an camera to make a quick and dirty network camera from an older PC or laptop. Streaming from a ZMliveCD system to another ZM installation is pretty simple to set up.
DHCP is now used by default for network configuration. Pressing F3 at the boot prompt will display a brief note about other network options.
