Live CD Version 1.21.0

When I loaded the Live CD I was under the impression it was the lastest. But I click on the version on top and it says it's the latest version but it's still says 1.21.0 no .3
How do upgrade it the newer one. I have installed the LiveCD to the local hard drive.
