hashed authentication stops streaming

I upgraded from 1.21.0 to 1.21.3 and the streaming stopped working in firefox. Changing from hashed to plain authentication (AUTH_METHOD) fixes the problem. Not a huge problem but thought you ought to know.

2nd this, with a fresh install of the latest on Fedora Legacy 7.3

Which sucks.

I will check this. I can't think of any reason why this should have stopped working in 1.21.3 though.
