Is it possible to setup a filter so that notification only occurs on motion during a certain time period (ie, 8pm - 6am)?

We just added some outdoor cameras to try and catch some people siphoning gas, it would be nice to get paged when it happens so I can call the police to catch them in the act. At the same time, it would drive me absolutely nuts to get paged during the day when people are regularly driving in and out of our lot.

Yes, you can basically do anything using the Zoneminder filters. Only receiving notifications during certain hours isn't hard to set up at all.

good im glad. I have a filter to auto send emails but i only want it between certain hours on certain days. I have 4 items

set time and greater than and 18:00
time and less than 07:00

returns nothing
If i renmove the less than 7:00 i get all alarms from 18:00 till 00:00

Any ideas??

I think one of your 'and's might need to be an 'or'. So > 18:00 _or_ < 7:00.
