Streaming Problems

Hi,
I'm having trouble with streaming video. I can watch the stills of the cameras and stills of the events but not streams of either. Instead, the pictures come up with the invalid image icon. The path of the picture is http://security/index.php?view=watchfee ... 0&control=
Not sure if this is right or wrong. ZM is installed in the root of the webserver. I get nothing in any of the ZM log files. I have cambozola installed. Apart from that I can't think of anything unusual about this installation. Anyone have ideas as to what could be going wrong?

Also, I am getting the following message in the apache error logs when I open up a camera on monitor:
Error, unable to authenticate user
If I take passwords off hashed, the error goes away however is there a better solution to this problem?
