zm on debian stable

hello every body!
I have install zm 1.21.3 on debian stable with a Logitech webcam Pro 4000.
It seems to work fine, webcam is reconginized configured after a
" zmu dO -q -v -Uadmin -Padminand and My webcam ignites and goes out immediately.
BUT: I can't see anything in the console. The colour of the source(/dev/video0) is allways RED (bad thing).
when I click on the name of the 'name" on the console, I entered parameters like colour and brightness and other, and when I click on save, these parameters disapear, no saved.
Is this a bug, or something is bad in my installation?
Any Idea??? thank you.
