Yeah it will not work with that one release. Only 0.4.8 or the current CVS version (maybe unless they have done something to break it)>

It is supposed to work with that release and is a bug that it doesn't. I am going to revamp the ffmpeg version detection for the next release though they make it very hard by changing not just the version numbers, but also the format of the version numbers.
