Debian - All installed - Just doesn't want to show any image

Hi All,
I''ve come completely stuck!
I've installed zm on debian unstable, using these repos for all the zm related stuff:

And the services start, the database is set up, but it seems i just can't get any input from the cameras.... I've used the live cd, and the cameras work fine, its just with my debian machine that it doesn't work!

I've increased my shared memory, installed ffmpeg, netbpm, mplayer, mencoder, I'm stuck!!! (Don't think i actually need all of these, just installed them incase, and cos i'll need them later!)

The only error that seems to occur is:

zmwatch.log:
Can't get shared memory id '2053971974': No such file or directory

I'm looking into this as a solution for work, and would really like to get it working.

Oh i've just noticed, there is no 'zmc' program running:

However to test whether it is crashing out i ran it with:

zmc -H 10.192.2.24 -P 80 -p /cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi

The program didn't give any output, or print to the error logs, but it didn't give any errors either

If it's crashing then there should be something in one of the logs. Is there nothing at all, or just nothing that shows an error?
