realtime mpeg not refreshing

I am using 1.21.4 zm fc3 distribution with ffmpeg 4.8... everything SHOULD work and it does for previous events but not for live events?

Why is this? how do I debug this?

I think perhaps if you could post a bit more information about what you are doing and what does and doesn't work it would be helpful.
