After I did the install there were no files in the area I specified in the configure script.
I ended up having to change the httpd.conf to point at the zm-1.21.4/web directory.
What could I have done wrong?

Also my cgi-bin directory is empty.
I am using FC4 and zm-1.21.4

I had this problem when the account I used to 'make install' did not have sufficient access to the web directory. Also if the web daemons run as a different account than expected by the installation then that confused it a bit.
