No bounds checking on capture width when creating monitor

Hi Phil,
I've just been messing around with the RC2 build and it looks very good.
One thing I did run into, however, is that when I create a new monitor, I thought that I could create it without specifying the capture width or height.
ZM allows me to create it without specifying the width or height, but then it complains in several other places of divide by zero errors.
The UI should probably validate these 2 values.
Thanks for the excellent product. I tried using it last year but had some bad memory in my server. I had to disable ZM as it kept hitting the bad memory locations and crashing the server. Now that I've replace the memory, I'm eager to get ZM back up and running. I just need to figure out where the power supply for my cameras went and I'll be on my way!
