Vstream Xpert

Hi guys,
I got a hold of a V-Stream Xpert DVD Maker card. Basically it's a Conexant 2388x video capture only card.
There is no PC Tuner on the board. I tried using it with Zoneminder and although the system sees it, there is not video.
When I try to run the TVTIME it obviously crashes out because its looking for a TV tuner.
The system sees it as a Wintv card and I've selected no tuner.
Any help appreciated.
