i have my ctu working very good
want to downsize the hd
as i only monitor one cam and a 200gig is a waste
i want to clone the disc from 200gig to 20gig

any ideas
dont want to reinstall but will if i have to

Simply move the events/images/sound directory structures to a new location and update the 'paths' in ZM options.

Or move to a new mount point and add a symlink from where the old one was to where the new files are, zm's just as happy with that.

I suggest making all 3 dirs within another - I use /security/events /security/images etc and not use /security/ for anything else - so that moving is trivial.

"ln -s" is your friend when reorganising structures.
