Techwell 6800 based card not working, any suggestion/patch?

Hi!
Im new in here and i have just tested zoneminder latest livecd with JMK SK-2000F2 videocard. It has 4inputs, techwell 6800 chip and it looks something like this:




I hoped it would work with zm but im not sure about that...
/proc/pci shows it only like this:

Bus 0, device 12, function 0:
Multimedia video controller: PCI device 1797:6800 (rev 17).
IRQ 10.
Master Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=32.Max Lat=72.
Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe7000000 [0xe7ffffff].

EDIT: I try lspci and it give this:

00:0c.0 Multimedia video controller: JumpTec h, GMBH: Unknown device 6800 (rev 11)

Is there any patch or something that could help? I would be really happy if somebody can help me with this

I have not heard of that card or chipset so I would suspect you will be out of luck. Unfortunately adding a new driver to the kernel is not a trivial task so I wouldn't hold your breath, but you might be lucky, you never know

Don't listen to the nay sayer man, I had a similar problem and I just wrote my own driver. This article will tell you everything you need to know to do it

Usually anything worth doing isn't easy but this actually only took me an hour or so.
