Upgrade from 1.21.3 to 1.22.1 and I loose my thumnails.

Anyone know how to get them back or regenerate them?

are they not there at all or do you have a red cross?

They aren't there. If I go to the events page it shows my events but the thumbnail column has a bunch of broken images.
They all point to:
http://server/zm/images/19451-135-capture-7.jpg
But there is nothing in the /<docroot>/zm/images dir.
All was fine before the uprade and I did run the zmupgrade.pl script. Any other ideas?

id check the permisions on the images dir then
