Upgrading from V1.21.0 to 1.22.2 ?

My install of release 1.21.0 has been running great for a year, but looking at all the enhancements of release 1.22.2 has tempted me to upgrade.
Question is it possible to use Cordel's upgrade rpm ?

I've tried and got the following error message:
error: Failed dependencies:
libavutil.so is needed by zm-1.22.2-0.0.fc.root.i386
zm = 1.21.0 is needed by (installed) zm-X10-1.21.0-0.FC3.CTU.i386

FYI as I recal I used one of Cordels rpm's to install 1.21.0 way back when....
Running on fully up to date FC3 and have installed the latest version of ffmpeg which allegedly contains libavutil.so - but I've not been able to find it anywhere within my FC3 installation.

Any suggestions ? I'm tending toward a fresh install !

Thanks Tim

Hi Tim,
I'd wait a bit before updating till the package makes it's way into the repo and is tested out. Also the new packages are using a new version of ffmpeg (also will be in the repo).
You might have to manualy remove zm-X10 package as I'm not splitting them anymore.

Regards,
Corey

Hi Corey,
Thanks for the advice - I'll wait until it's in the the repo.

As it turns out I did a fresh install of V1.21.4 from your repo using the excellent instructions you provide and it went fairly smoothly apart from mysql not being fully installed for some reason. Managed to complete the mysql installation myself then it was plain sailing.

Cheers Tim
