can anybody help me to execute the command

exec("crontab /usr/lib/zm/bin/zmpkg.pl Monitor")

i tried in php but it doesn't work

did i have to change permission in apache

please help to execute the command

its just a command line thing not a php thing but i ahve never tried to chnange run states from the command line.
