resolution problem

i have two axis camera and my system requirements are 1024mb ddr ram and 2.4ghz processor my problem is i can connect the camera with the following resolution 320*240,480*360 but when i connect with 640*480 i don't get any image and the source is displyyed in red and if i make 2x for the low resolution for 32.*240,480*360 the live image runs for 2secs and stops please help me for this problem

Hi Rsdanan
1. What version of ZM are you running.
2. What distro are you running.
3. What is the size off the shared mem on the box
4. Have you cheked the faq / doc for the shared mem setting, most answers can be found in wiki.
I would suspect that it is a shared memory problem since most linux distros onle have around 64 - 128 MB as default, and since you are trying to use 640 x 480 x 24 the default is not enough.

i am using 1.22.2 rpm
in the box i see the value like this 0x7a6d2000
i cannot understand this
for this how much i should set for the shared mem
in shmall and shmmax

now the 640*480 works but little bit slow and in 1.5x and above it stops after ~ 30 secs
