the camera is the intellinet ip camera (ic intracom vendor)

This might be the same I had, i.e. ZM can't connect to the camera.

Hello usernkey,

Is your camera running on the latest firmware version 4.20? There have been a few important changes between 4.11 - 15 and 4.20 and some of them greatly affected Linux environments.

For your reference, fw 4.20 can be obtained here (for model 550710):

There used to be a compatibility problem concerning our cameras. To my knowledge this has never been resolved. We have since then upgraded the firmware and resolved a TCP Timestamp problem affecting Linux systems. That may have caused the incompatibility.
