Is there any statistics about witch user has seen witch camera?

Something like an access viewer. See the cameras that users have seen from when to when.

If not, where would be the apropriate module to develop it?

there isnt any logging but in the html access log you shuld see what pages have been accessed and refence that. You wold need to midify the source to add an enrty to a db every time a monitor is loaded etc if you wanted to develop this your self> Or for a quick and dirty approach i could make zm4ms log locally what was done i suppose dependant upon requierements.
