I did a search for zmfilter.log.
It is growing in size so I assume my filter is doing something.
When I select either Open in New Window or Open in New Tab I get:
"The file file:/var/log/zm/zmfilter.log could not be loaded as it was not possible to read from it!
Check if you have read access to this file."

Permissions show: rw-r-----

From the detail you have given i would say that the user have read / write and group have read access to your file, so if the user you are trying to open the file with is not a member of the same group as the owner then no luck, have you tried to open it as root user from a consol. ???
