Fix for blank page for zm.php on SuSE 10.1

One thing I haven't seen mentioned on the various SuSE 10.1 threads - you'll get a blank page when you open zm.php if you don't have the php5_mysql and php5_mysqli packages installed. (Both may not be necessary, but when I put them both in things worked.)
The error message in /var/log/apache2/error_log was
