I have Ross' LiveCD running flawlessly for ages now.

I would like to add a simple application to my ZM box to download and upload family photos files etc safely (ie. they need to log in and the session is SSL-grade) without killing myself writing scripts and stuff which I know nothing about.

Is there such a simple package that anyone could recommend for this?

Do you mean you want the app to run on the box or for an app to run elsewhere and just store on the box? You can get Google Picasa for Linux now, have you tried that?

want the app to run on the box and store on the box. Would prefer it to be 100% standalone....

You might check out phpwebgallery. I havent used it but it looks like most of the requires should already be in place.

Its in contrib so it should be as simple as "urpmi phpwebgallery" to install.
