Gadspot GS9603 added to wiki

I just added a wiki entry for the gadspot cameras. I have only setup a GS9603. I also put the control stuff in there as well. Anyone wanting to add to it/edit it feel free obviously.

The control script I modified only does one movement at a time up/down/left/right. If anyone has some other controls working please submit them.

Excellent. Thanks for taking the time to do that.

ZM working under Ubuntu Edgy!! (6.10) - shoetick, help??

First of all I would like to state that I HAVE read the readme, and wiki's..
bear with me, I'm a semi-newbie

I have successfully installed ZM 1.22 on my Edgy workstation.

config:
Ubuntu Edgy 384M Ram, 20G HD Compaq 1.7G P4

cameras: 3x GADSPOT GS1600H, 1x GADSPOT GS9603

all is well, but a couple kinks.. here they are..

cameras are all set to capture at 320x240. I try to increase resolution to 640x480, not enough shared memory... (yeah, I know, I read the readme)
my question is (probably because I'm still a newbie at linux) how do I increase shared memory?? (specifically in edgy???)

Second question:
there's a great wiki on the gadspot GS9603 (I found a couple minor bugs, and updated the wiki)

I have the script working (I can call the script from terminal), but it seems as I'm missing something...
if I execute
sudo /..../zmcontrol-gadspot-v2.pl --address={ip address} --command=up

all is well, and the camera moves up.
but it seems as zoneminder won't call the script, or is erroring out somehow...

Ok, those are my problems, Thanks for you patience and comments..

Dan

Edit: Found the Shared memory fix... sysctl variable...
thanks though..
