Another Buffer overrun problem

Hi all, i have a problem i cant solve. i ran ZM with one camera a few weeks with no problems. but last week it started to get these errors for no reason once something showed up that moved in the picture.
So after some reading here i upped the shared memory to 128mb, no success.
I raised Image Buffer Size to 60, Warm up frames to 25, pre and post buffers to 10 - No success.
I lowered the Max FPS to as far as 1 but no success only took longer to get this buffer overrun.
CPU is running at like 0.05 so it shouldnt have any problems if it tried.
I reloaded all the default settings into the DB to see if i had changed something i shouldn't but still the same.
Does anyone have a good idea what i shall try next, something is seriusly wrong, im starting to think it might be the hardware that has broke down.
Some HW info:
CPU: 1,6Ghz Athlon
Memory: 512Mb
VideoCard: Hauppauge BT878 WinTV @ 320x240 (running grayscale to save memory)
Machine is running Fedora 4 with no other tasks beside running ZM.
Some help is greatly appreciated now, Thank you
