Hi,
I believe that someone should have ported the zonemider application to some embedded boards. I would be greatful if someone can give your feedback regarding embedded boards. If so, can anyone of you please suggest me the board details, cpu usage for zoneminder, harddisk support, ffmpeg support and other configurations? Awaiting your valuable ideas and inputs.
thanks in advance
Johnson

It's nothing concrete but I'm sure I recall someone saying they had run ZM on an Arm system. I do a bunch of work on Arm systems but have never actually tried using ZM on them but you may find the posts if you search for arm.

Easy enough.

use a Mini ITX motherboard witha PCI riser + 40 gig laptop drive + 4 port record card and you can get yourself a zoneminder in a tiny shoebox.

No need to go with exotic hardware or porting, use it as is on Intel hardware.

search mini-itx on google for tons of links.
