Everything else seems to be working fine- ( see http://video.parknticket.com ). Zoneminder apparently logs into the mysql server with no problem, accesses the video devices as it should, and will stream jpeg images properly. I have a 128GB disk mounted under "events", and have even chmod'ed the folder "666" to make sure that it's writeable and readable to zonemindner.

I *do* get a couple of little red exclamation points instead of the green asterisk when zoneminder starts, but I can't see anything in particular in the logs, to wit:

I'm also curious about the "shared memory not valid" entry above in the zmwatch.log file. Could this have anything to do with my problem?

Check your Apache error log.
That is not how the web interface should look.
You most likely have a permissions problem some where.
