ZM 1.22.2 Help with Axis 211 and 213PTZ

Hello,
I've built ZM on Fedora Core 6 this morning, with the latest SVN ffmpeg, and the ffmpeg patch from the wiki. I also applied the zmfilter patch from the wiki.
I have three cameras installed at the moment:
Axis 207
Axis 211
Axis 213PTZ.
All are using the axis 640x480 mpjpeg max 5fps preset.
The 207 works fine.
The 211 and 213 both give me a montage effect. The screen from ZM monitor function looks like it's divided into 3x3 and the top 3 show the image from the camera. The bottom two rows are black.
If I power cycle the cameras this effect goes away temporarily. Rebooting them from their web control panels does not clear the issue, not does restarting ZM.
I believe, but have not yet proven, that this issue is related to my selecting Montage from the ZM Console.
The direct output from each camera via http is not montaged.
All cameras are outputting motion jpeg.
Can anyone tell me what I've misconfigured, or am doing wrong?
The 207 has not yet exhibited this issue.
Thanks much!
Darren
