Axis 213 PTZ User Question

Hello,

I have ZM working with an Axis 213PTZ in anonymous mode, but when I put a username and password on the camera, I get the following in my zmctrl-axis.log:
zmctrl-axis[23145].ERR [Error check failed: '401 Unauthorized']

Yet, I can see the video stream. I just can't move the camera.

Any suggestions on what I might have misconfigured?

i would think you need to add the user name and password in the control address just like you do in the host file for the stream. Just guesing as i dont know this cam

Checking that caused me to find that I had set the wrong password. It works. Thank you very much!
