Hi,

I am using version 1.21.3-4 on debian etch. I have set up a remote monitor
root:freddofrog@192.168.0.73
port 83
path snapshot.html

It does not work.
When I run zm -m2 it returns with 255

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong here?

You need to check your other logs and maybe enable debug) as detailed in the troubleshooting sections of the README and the FAQ in the Wiki. It should yeild some better clues.
