ive bangd my head sevrel times now, and i cant get it to work..

i wrote like this..

in the console..
./zmtrigger.pl 1|on|2|test|test

shouldent that work lika a charm?

I don't see any previous posts for you regarding any thing to do with zmtriger as implied by your again statment.
Would you care to elaborate on what it is you are trying to do?
What have you done so far?
Have you turned up debuging?
etc.

The proper format is “<id>|<action>|<score>|<cause>|<text>|<showtext>”
It can handle external connections via either internet socket, unix socket or file/device interfaces. So it don't take command line syntax.

So try the proper format and let use know how that works out.

okay, ill read some more, i just try to get Zm to force an alarm, but i will have it to force an alarm via a sensor that goes via 1wire system and the com port, now i just want to check so that zmtrigger is working my way..
