Analog capture cards in Europe

I've been googling for 2 days now, I've sent some emails too, and still haven't found a decent analog capture card in the european market.
Is there anything that I am missing?
All feedback is welcome.
btw I'm looking for BT878 chipset based cards for use with linux :)
