So after running ZM for over a year, it paid off last night with the arrest of two individuals who attempted to break into my house while my wife and I were home. The perps started at 12:45AM with being a disturbance; I quickly fired up the console and watched them approach the house and then get ready to enter. at 1:07AM they tried to enter, and I was ready for them... and they were supprised.
After scaring off the perps, the police were summoned and greatly appreciated the responsiveness, interface, and pretty much everything else about the system. Within moments of the police's arrival, I had pulled up the image stills and started archiving them to CD for the detectives; and with the images at hand a APB was put out which lead to their arrest moments later.
So thanks again- it worked very well. I also dare say it helped save not only my wife's and myself's lives, but also the lives of the two intruders as I was able to be "one step ahead of them."
