Hello all. I'm putting together a box from old/junk parts. It's going to be hidden in an unsecure location in the woods and that's why I'm using old/free parts. I used the Debian install guide and all is well with one camera and ZM 1.22.2. However, It is very slow side when accessing the console from a remote computer. I looked in the forums for tips but I'm wondering if there's more that can be done.

Will mod_perl of fastcgi help?
How about switching to a different web server from Apache? thttpd?
Will switching from the 2.4.xx kernel to Debian 2.6.xx help?
