port forwarding issue

I am using iConnect modem and trying to do portforwarding to access my ZM from outside. I am using the following set up:

Source IP: 0.0.0.0
Destination IP: 192.168.2.104 [the IP of ZM server]

Source Mask: 0.0.0.0
Destination Mask: 255.255.255.255

Port Number : 80

This is not working for some reason. I have confirmed the IP of ZM server ( I am able to access my cameras from with-in the firewall with this IP i.e. http://192.168.2.104/zm/)
