Hallo friends,

can you help me? I'm testing an Axis 214D IP camera with PTZ. Its work perfecly but PTZ don't work.

Monitor setup

Source Tab
Remote host: user:passw@CameraIP
Remote path: /axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi

Control Tab
Conrol device: /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi
Control Address: CameraIP

Correct? What I do it wrong?

I'm using AXIS 231D+ and my parameters are:

Control Tab:

Control Type: AXIS API v2
Control Device: (blank)
Control Address: user:passwd@IP:80

If you can't select AXIS API v2 first time, don't worry. Save the new monitor with other Control Type and changes it to AXIS API v2 after that.

My camera works fine with that configuration.

Hello
I try the same parameter with a 213 ptz and I don't succedd to move the camera via ZM 1.22.1 on Debian.
The video is OK with 704x576.

Has anyone an idea ?
