I would like to you into section DOWNLOAD, under section Other Downloads if package "ZoneMinder LiveCD v1.22.2 from Ross Melin" is the SAME that "ZoneMinder 1.22.3 Ubuntu Packages from Peter Howard "( exception first is running with Mandriva and second with Ubuntu ?

More questions. I understood that package from Ross Melin has everything inside with L.A.M.P and ready to work for working with a camera.
Is it not the same with Peter Howard package ?

There is a diffeance in what you are asking.
Ross makes a Distrobution with a ZM package included.
There are several different people whom develop packages for different Distros (ie, Fedora, Suse, Mandriva, Debian, etc...).
