Alarm Trigger

I had the camera setting as Modect. However, the initial event trigger the alarm and the status stayed unchanged. After half any hour, I restarted ZM and check to see how many frames is in the previous record. Only one event was recorded and the timing doesn't add up. Obviuosly somehow it got stucked and missing the subsequent events.

Is there something I need to take a look at?
