Color resolution alterations...
I know it's possible to change the size of thumbnails depending on bandwidth choice (eg. low is 4 times smaller) but what about applying that twords the captured video too? Also, would it be possible to change the number of colors? My specific camera only seems to work at one color more (24bit) and it would be nice to lower that to something more resonable when I want to view the captured images from the outside.

Hi Ian,
I _think_ the JPEG format only allows 24bit colour and not a reduced or paletted set like GIF. I'm not sure you'd save a huge amount anyway.
Reducing capture size might be possible in the future but at the moment (in the latest .16) you can only reduce the size of the stream when watching an event or the size of an MPEG file.
