Anyone had a good or bad customer service experience with www.linuxmedialabs.com?
I ask because I just had a poor one.
I had ordered an LMLBT44 on Friday May 11, 2007, and received a web page confirmation.
The product showed as in stock and shipping was Fedex 2-Day.
When I didn't get an email confirmation, or see a charge on my credit card by Tuesday May 15, 2007, I emailed to ask them the status of my order. No response.
Phoned on Wednesday May 16, 2007. Mike would get back to me. No response.
Phoned, left message Thursday May 17, 2007. No response.
No response by Saturday May 19, 2007, emailed and cancelled order.
Too bad, as I was really hoping to support a hardware company that supported Linux.
LinuxMediaLabs Customer Service
Expensive!
Best I can tell, Bluecherry has a better card for less.

They support zoneminder and give a zoneminder discount. Moreover, I have found the support to be fantastic! Support these guys. They deserve it.

A better link would be here:
CV-SDC880: https://store.bluecherry.net/ProductDet ... 0&Click=51
PV-183: https://store.bluecherry.net/ProductDet ... 3&Click=51
The updated links give a percentage back to the development of Zoneminder
Thanks
