help with hardware

I have the following hardware

I have zoneminder installed but don't know how to get the above hardware to work with it...
help

what disto you using, if its one of the official supported ones then edit /etc/modprobe.conf and add
options bttv card=77
to it
save and reboot

i have ubuntu 7.04
i tried setting it up but it still does not work

in the second tab you need
/dev/video0 in device path
0 in channel
pal/ntsc in format
rgb24 in pallete
360 in width
240 in height

Thanks for the reply.
I tried what you said and it didn't seem to make any difference.
I don't seem to have a video0 in my dev folder.
Here is a screenshot of the dev folder and the broken image where the camera image should be.

dmesg |grep bt
show you???

Then the linux kernel does not see your card.

You could try to manualy insmod the bttv drivers. Might be helpfull if we knew more about your setup though.
What distro/release?
What mainboard are you using?
Does it show the capture card on the bios post?

I'm using ubuntu 7.04
I don't know the answer to the rest of the question, where do I get that info from?

The main board name and model should show up while the machine is posting(boot from bios) and same with the capture card, you should see it in a list of devices showing port and irq used.

The capture card I have can be seen in the very first post of this thread. I will restart my computer to get the board into.
