FTP Upload

I used to run the 1.22.2 LiveCD, and managed to set up FTP uploading of events REALLY easily (I think it was a default filter included in the dist).

I have now installed 1.22.3 on the Ubuntu Feisty dist... and it appears that I need to create the FTP upload filter manually. unfortunately I can't seem to get this right..

Does anyone have a step/by/step click-by-click guide for doing this on 1.22.3???
