Hi,

Turning on user authentication seems to break the ability to view the current frame from the camera. (I'm guessing it breaks streaming too, but I can't seem to get streaming working on Linux/Firefox)

With authentication turned on my apache error log gives;

"Error, unable to authenticate user"

And I get a broken graphic image in place of the current frame.
Turning off authentication fixes the problem.

Is there a fix for this?
(I don't really want the camera output to be open to the world...)

Did you restart the zm services after making the change?

Urm, many times (!)

Then I would have to suggest turning up your debug and checking the logs.
You can follow the trouble shooting here as we need more info than just this to be able to help.
